Jo Ann Holba admits, “I love Bellville and Austin County as much today as the first day I moved here in 1974.” It’s no wonder she has grown to become a multi-million dollar producer: she can’t resist showing off the rolling hills, spring wildflowers, and small town charm that she loves so much. Jo Ann’s love for real estate started well before moving into the country. While a youngster, she would read the real estate section of the newspaper daily. And in 1982, she made her passion into a career, earning a real estate license that would be followed with a Broker’s license. Jo Ann also achieved the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant Advanced(ALC) designation with NAR Realtor’s Land Institute (RLI) . A dedicated mother and grandmother, Cathy believes that strong communities begin at home. When I am not working on real estate, you can find me with my husband and our five children (yes, you read that right, 5!). Although almost all are grown-up and have moved away from home, being a mom is a never-ending role. From camping to taking family trips, our time as a family is so important. I am known for being a warm, dedicated, hard worker with a little bit of hilarity up my sleeve. I love animals, I even worked on a horse breeding farm and moved to California right out of high school for my job! I am always up for learning something new (just ask my kids!) and appreciate a challenge.

Kay has been actively selling real estate in Houston for over 38 years. Upon graduating high school she followed in her families footsteps and attended/graduated from the University of Mississippi,with a BBA in Marketing. Shortly thereafter she pursued her love for real estate and obtained her license while studying and interning in college. Kay moved to Houston and became one of the youngest real estate brokers at the age of 22 in 1982. During the oil bust in 1986, Kay started her first company that specialized in lender-owned properties.
In 1992 she joined the global company, RE/MAX as an associate broker. Kay has a referral-heavy client base, noting that her longevity in the industry has bolstered her reputation as a trusted expert in the field. Over the years, she has obtained the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Market Specialist (CLHMS), and is currently working towards her Accredited Land Consultant designation (ALC) with the Realtors Land Institute. She added a new dimension of her business in 2016, country homes and ranch sales in the Bellville, Brenham areas when she moved from the city to the country.
Kay is a longtime member of the RE/MAX 100% club, RE/MAX Plantinum Club and has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She is a member of HAR and has a 4.92-star rating on the 5-star HAR,and has been praised for her attentiveness,enthusiasm,knowledge and hard work in making a smooth transaction for her clients.

Savannah Schulz Gutierrez is a third generation resident of Washington County and has grown up working in her family's construction business. She graduated from Brenham High School, earned an AA degree from Blinn College and a BA degree in Business from Sam Houston State University in 2008. She has been in the real estate business since 2005 and has enjoyed helping many people make their dreams come true by becoming homeowners. Her construction industry background provides her additional insight and creativity into possibilities for remodeling projects as well as new construction projects. She is active in the community through volunteer outreach programs like Washington County Ladies Lions, PTO, member of the Christ Lutheran Church, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. Savannah is married with three kids, and two dogs.

A native Texan, Channing was raised on a horse ranch before moving to Houston. She played varsity golf for Memorial High School. Ultimately, Channing got her real estate license and cut her teeth selling high rises in downtown Houston. After 14 years of marriage and raising a family, she went back to her roots, put her boots back on and bought a ranch of her own in Brenham, TX She soon realized that with her experience and love for the country, she could help others looking for their dream ranch. So, she focused her real estate practice on farm and ranch. Channing spends all her free time taking care of her family, horse, chickens and donkeys.
