Her Kansas City roots led her to the University of Missouri before she moved to Texas in 2003, and calling Houston home since 2010.

With more than 15 years in management positions at Fortune 250 companies, Melissa followed her heart and passion to the real estate industry and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2017.

While successfully managing single family & multi-family residences across the Greater Houston Area, Melissa works with home buyers, sellers and real estate investors. Owning & Managing her own single-family and multi-family residences, investment properties and complete home renovations while project managing the renovations of her clients gives her great insight into the needs of each client.

As a native Texan, born and raised in Victoria, Texas, Beverly Farris has over 25 years experience in the Financial, Investment, Insurance Sales and Service Industry, working her way up the corporate ladder to an Executive. She is excited to bring this experience to her clients in the real estate market she loves.

With a sales and service background, negotiation, analysis, detail, Concierge "white glove service" and integrity devotes Beverly to her clients. Beverly enjoys giving back to the community she loves and volunteers at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Houston Area Women's Center, Houston Police Foundation and Post Oak Little League. She fund raises for her alumni, University of Houston as well as the American Cancer Society.

Beverly also provides another level of expertise for her clients as a Certified Stager and provides staging services and advice.

Ever since Marina bought her first property she has fallen in love with real estate. Purchasing and selling several properties for the last 15 years for her family gave her the tools to evaluate each one thoroughly and negotiate each one effectively. Through out the years her love of art and design lead her to represent various artists here and abroad. She can provide an incredible customer service since her love to please, her energy, positive attitude together with her business sense and negotiation skills can be proven very valuable to help anyone reach the dream of home ownership. Marina volunteers for the last 19 years in the medical center, specifically in MDA cancer hospital and her church. Her background also includes over 20 years of translating/interpreting for the court system mostly for the Federal Court that has helped her stay focus and calm under stressed situations in very intimidating environments. Steve's passion is Pet Rescue & Adoptions. He co-sponsor a monthly "Meet & Greet" at his property on Heights Blvd to facilitate the adoption of homeless dogs & cats. "I've been able to participate in the adoption of thousands (45,000 over the past four years) of homeless pets through the good work of my neighbors and colleagues. Steve likes to spend his downtime with his family, usually outside, including jogging, biking near the Bayou, or watching the pelicans on his back porch in Galveston. He has two beautiful grandchildren.
