Cynthia has been in the real estate industry for more than 13 years and been a licensed Realtor for more than nine years. She is a part of the HAR Global Advisory Group assisting International Clients buying or selling here or in other countries, focusing in Latin America. Cynthia also has her CIPS prestigious Real Estate designation -Certified International Property Specialist. In addition to her own real estate career, she and her husband, a custom home builder, spend a portion of each day looking at properties and new construction in or near the West University area where he grew up and now builds luxury homes, an activity that helps keeps her up-to-date on what's happening in the ever-changing WU market.
Being married to a home builder has added to my understanding of construction and how a home is built, from placing the studs to specialty sheetrock to finishes and even the selection of a roof, Cynthia observes. This adds to her exceptional knowledge of new construction. Kevin Huy Pham is a bilingual realtor who grew up in Saigon, city of Vietnam. Move to Houston to reunite with his parents. In his early age, he helped his dad in various business ventures. From manufacturing ground coffee, breeding pigs to importing car parts and finally settling in flipping houses. Inheriting a strong work ethics and entrepreneurial spirit from his parents, Kevin carried that same business mindset to real estate.
