I have a Master's Degree in Administrative Justice, A Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. Studies at University of Houston. Undergrad & Graduate with University of Phoenix in Arizona. I have a Associate Applied Science Degree in Real-estate with Continuing Education Certification in Legal, ethics, contracts etc. I am a Educator with Houston Independent School District with 2 years of certification courses to add to my Degree's.
I Represent Homeowner's, Buyer's & Tenant's, according to the needs of my client. If you need legal Representation I will refer you to an Attorney of your choice. As a Professional Experience Realtor my duty is to explain Real-estate procedures, bylaws, rules, and articles to assist you in making a decision to rent or purchase property. I am a Professional Contract reader & Negotiator as it applies to your Real-estate Transaction. It is my fiduciary duty to explain your position to comply to Texas bylaws as it results to concerns regarding property.
