Let the Good Times Roll

It sure is a pleasure to hear sweet words coming from the mouths of agents across the city these days.
It doesn't matter if your a selling agent or buyer's agent Houston is a buzz with activity from almost every industry and especially real estate.
If it is pent up demand from buyers who in the last couple of years have held off from making a purchase good for them by taking advantage of historic low interest rates.
Nobody can forethe future and it does seem reasonable that rates will rise however with the hiring of jobs here in Houston brings the optimism that we may be pulling out of the recession faster than the rest of the country.
Working for buyers is a bit of a challenge now only because the homes I showed last week are now under contract and now our inventory of homes is shrinking.
It makes sense that prices will rise now because of the dwindling supply of homes and is the very reason why I am trying to convince my builder friends to start up again.
The feeling I am getting from folks across our city is that the recent prosperity is just the start of steady boom that will last another 5 to 10 years of expansion.
At last great news for all of us!
