New Year New Construction

There is a new interest in building now after almost 3 years of stagnation.
New construction is on the horizon thanks to banks who are starting to lend again.
Thankfully, we are seeing a surge in new inventory.  Everyone likes new with good reason because it's time to see new ideas, amenities, colors, hardware and fixtures.
Houston has always been good for residential real estate and it always depends on the location
With plenty of space to grow it keeps our prices low.
Of course some areas are going to be a little more expensive than others just because of the convenience of location to major attractions.
Now after two long years of waiting for the market to turn around it's finally a breath of fresh air to know we have something to look forward to.  New homes with a new look are always a crowd pleaser.
So with the coming of the new year comes all things new too.
Look for new homes to spark your interest in 2011.
